*That should be fine.は「大丈夫ですよ」という意味です。「…のはずだ」という意味のshouldが使われていますが、話し手の確信の度合いは非常に高く、That’s fine. / No problem. / Absolutely.「問題ありませんよ」などとほぼ同じ意味です

*「２泊」ならTwo nights.、「２，３泊」ならTwo or three nights.と言えます

*以下のように言えばより丁寧に言うことができます

→vacancyは「空室」という意味です

*shuttle serviceはshuttle busでも通じます

*expect to...は「…するつもりである」という意味を表します

下記のようにも言い替えられます
