ニュージーランドのワーキングホリデービザを取得する際に、留学斡旋会社にお金を払って手配をお願いすることも可能ですが、自分でも手配することができます。オーストラリアやニュージーランドなどのオセアニアの国は、比較的ワーキングホリデービザ取得は難しくないと言われています。手順をしっかりと踏めば取得できると考えて問題ないでしょう。

申請条件

パスポート条件

入国時に15ヵ月以上の有効期限が残っているパスポートを用意する必要があります。

国籍・年齢条件

18歳以上31歳未満の日本国籍の独身者、または子供を同伴しない既婚者。

滞在資金

最低限4,200ドルの所持が必要。別途「日本への往復航空券」か

「1,000ドル程度の航空券購入費用を所持する必要がある。

条件

心身ともに健康であり、過去にニュージーランドのワーキングホリデービザを取得したことが無い事。

ビザ申請料金

日本国籍の場合は無料。

特別な場合の必要書類

過去に1年以上ニュージーランドに滞在している場合は「無犯罪証明書」が必要になる。

（通常は必要ありません）

ビザ申請の流れ

1.移民局にユーザー登録

2.ワーキングホリデービザオンライン申請

3.オンライン申請後、指定医師にて健康診断受診

1.移民局にユーザー登録

まずは移民局のサイトからユーザー登録を行います。

1:画面左上の「Select from the list」が「Working Holiday Visa」になっている事を確認し、左下の「Create an account」をクリックします。

2:申請画面に沿って記入していきます

・First Name (as shown in passport):（名前）

・Family Name (as shown in passport):（姓）

・Email Address: e.g. name@company.co.nz（Mailアドレス）

・Enter a User Name:（ユーザーネーム）

・Enter a Password:（パスワード）

・The password you choose:

Must be of at least 7 and no greater than 15 characters

Must contain a combination of at least one character from a minimum of three different character sets:

            - lowercase letters (a-z)

            - uppercase letters (A-Z)

            - digits (0-9)

            - any punctuation or special character from your keyboard

For example: Joe4965, welc0mE!, 56$alpha.（パスワードは7〜15文字・小文字、大文字、数字、記号の4種類の内少なくとも3種類を使用する）

・Confirm your Password:（パスワード再入力）

・Select a Secret Question:（秘密の質問）

・Enter the answer to the selected secret question（質問の答え）

・By registering to use this service, you agree to the Terms of Use as outlined（規約に同意）

3.申請ボタンをクリックすると正しく入力されている場合、下記のような画面になり、申請したメールアドレスに本申請リンク先が届きます。

「Thank you for registering with this website.We have sent a message to your email address confirming your registration.」

2.ワーキングホリデービザオンライン申請

1.申請した「ユーザーネーム」「パスワード」を使用してログインを行います。（今回は画面右下の「Login」を使用します。

2.ログイン後、画面中央左に「WorkingHoliday」とあるのでこちらをクリック。その後画面が切り替わり、国選択になるので「Japan」と設定し、「OK」ボタンを押します。さらに画面が切り変わり「APPLY NOW」と表示されるので、クリックして各種登録に移ります。

3.ここが最大の山場であり、時間がかかる部分です。内容自体は難しくないので時間をかけて（20分程で完了）正確に入力していきましょう！

「PERSONAL Details」（PERSONAL）（個人情報）

「identification」（PERSONAL）（パスポート・運転免許等入力）

「occupation Details」（PERSONAL）（就労について）

・Have you ever been convicted of any offence for which you have been sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 5 years or more, or for an indeterminate period capable of running for 5 years or more?（5年以上の刑期、もしくは5年以上になる可能性のある不定期刑で有罪判決を下されたことがあるか）

・Have you, in the 10 years preceding this application, ever been convicted of any offence for which you have been sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 12 months or more, or for an indeterminate period capable of running for 12 months or more?（過去10年内に、12ヶ月以上の刑期もしくは12ヶ月以上になる可能性のある不定期刑で、有罪判決を下されたことがあるか）

すべて記載後、「最終申請ボタン」をクリックしてオンライン申請は完了になります。

申請完了直後～数日後に移民局からの連絡が入ります。これは個人によって連絡のタイミングが異なります。

こちらの連絡にて「受けるべき健康診断の種類」が知らされます。

以上でオンライン申請は終了になります。

3.オンライン申請後指定医師にて健康診断受診

ワーキングホリデービザの申請後、移民局からの連絡で健康診断を受診します。個別に内容が違う場合もありますが、基本的な4つのパターンをご紹介します。

オンライン申請後

1.申請直後に指定

申請が終了して画面が切り変わり、すぐX線検査を指定されます。

2.申請直後に自動返信メール

申請後、すぐに自動返信メールが届きX線検査を指定されます。

3.申請の数日後に担当者からメール

申請後、数日経った後に担当者からメールでX線検査を指定されます。

4.申請の数日後に担当者からメール

申請後、数日経った後に担当者からNZER number の扱いが追加されたメールでX線検査を指定されます。

※健康診断は指定の病院で受診する必要があり（全6ヵ所）、北海道、東京2ヵ所、大阪、神戸、福岡になります。

健康診断持ち物

・パスポート原本

・検査費用（8,000円〜20,000円程度）

健康診断後

検査医から移民局に診断結果が提出されますので、健康診断を受診すると申請はすべて終了となります。

通常受診後、10日程度で移民局からメールがありワーキングホリデービザが発給されます。

10日経過しても連絡が来ない場合はこちらに連絡（workingholiday@mbie.govt.nz）

ビザが発給された事を確認して、ビザ内容をプリントアウト

移民局サイトにログイン後、画面右上の「my application」をクリックします。その後「View Details」をクリックするとA4紙で3～4枚程度のビザ申請情報が表示されます。

こちらを印刷して、ニュージーランド入国時にパスポートと共に入国審査官に提出することによって、ワーキングホリデーとして入国が可能になります。
