According to the
house of Kongzi
in "Shiki" (Records of the Grand Historian," Koshi had 3000 disciples, and the 'ones
who were
familiar with the Six Arts (rites, music, archery, charioteering,
literature and mathematics)' were called Shichijisshi (
approximately seventy disciples of Koshi with
outstanding talent).
